Devil is in the details...I left a voicemail on my initial call describing what I may be needing, pending inspection. I said on the voicemail that I likely needed a new transmission for my '97 F-250. Yolanda called me back within about 15 minutes and she already had three options for me to choose from with all the details I asked for. I said I would get back to her but wanted the truck towed to the shop in the meantime (she immediately earned my business with her thoroughness)...she worked everything out to get it towed. At the shop they said it needed a transmission and asked what option i wanted, i postponed. I called the next day and left another voicemail explaining my choice. two days later i got a phone call telling me my truck is ready...WHAT?! Honestly, I was shocked, I actually asked what they did to it, expecting them to say "added transmission fluid" or something like that...but no, they replaced the transmission, and did a fantastic job! Kudos for great work, great customer service, listening to voicemails, thorough explanation of details, and being creative to boot! They liked my old truck so now I'm headed back to meet some other customers who also have old cars/trucks. Good times. - Josh J (5 star review found on Google)
